I love podcasts, those downloadable audio and video files you can play on your personal computer or any MP3 player.  They give me the news and information I want, when I want it, under my control.  They’re a great way to pass the time in an automobile, on a day hike, or when my eyes are too tired for reading.  Simply download the free iTunes software and delve into a world of knowledge and entertainment.  Here are the ones I listen to regularly:
